CareWinners is a care service platform that connects people who need care with people who provide care. It supports childcare, elderly care and other home-care needs with budget-based matching, shift preferences and hiring inquiry workflows.
Families and care providers needed a trust-focused platform where care seekers could find suitable caregivers and caregivers could offer services based on availability, budget and care type.
I worked on responsive platform flows for two user types: people taking the service and people giving the service. The experience supports matching, service discovery, profile-based trust and clear hiring actions.

As the full stack developer on this project, I connected the frontend experience, backend data flow, permissions and reporting screens into one practical product. The goal was not just to make a good-looking interface, but to create a system that helps real teams work faster, find records confidently and make better decisions from clean operational data.
