Project Overview

Keynou Tools is an all-in-one web tools platform where users can find many daily utilities in one place instead of jumping between different websites. The platform includes editors, converters, compressors, PDF tools, image tools, QR code tools, video tools and other productivity utilities.

Business Problem

Users often need separate websites for PDF conversion, image compression, QR generation, video conversion, document merging and file optimization. The goal was to bring these tools into one clean platform with easy navigation and scalable backend processing.

System Solution

I helped build a centralized tools system with category-based navigation, tool cards, responsive UI, backend processing modules, converter libraries and Celery workflows for heavier operations. The system is structured so more tools can be added over time.
